Hello! I’m Gio Mangano, a passionate real estate professional with a deep love for helping people find their perfect homes. My husband and I have lived in the Little Neck/Douglaston area for 23 wonderful years, raising our four children—two girls and two boys—in a tight-knit, vibrant community. It’s a town where everyone truly knows your name, and that sense of connection is something I hold dear.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I am a proud mom to two adorable little dogs—Alyvia, my playful Yorkie-Poo, and Midnite, a sweet Morki-Poo—and we also have a cherished turtle named Barney. My home has always been a warm, welcoming space, and I bring that same warmth and approachability to my real estate career.

My journey into real estate began in 2007, and since then, I’ve embraced the industry with enthusiasm and dedication.
